Three ways to run it
They differ in how much notice you need to give us and how much of it is about your organisation rather than the city.
Ready to run
A format we already run, in a city we already cover, at a fixed price per head. Nothing to design, nothing to approve — you pick a date and we bring it.
This is the right choice when the date is close, when the budget needs to be exact before you can get sign-off, or when you simply want a good afternoon without a project attached to it. We've run these before, which means the risks are known and the timings are real rather than optimistic.

Mystery games
Teams compete to name a culprit. The suspects are live characters your people question in their own words — not a menu of three options, an actual conversation where what you ask determines what you learn.
Evidence builds on a shared board as teams move. At the finale every team commits to an accusation in front of the room, and the reveal happens once, to everyone, at the same moment.
It works for a team day because it flattens seniority — the CFO has no advantage over the graduate, because nobody has done this before and the only useful skill is listening carefully to what a character just said.
New cases are in production. Tell us your city and dates and we'll say what will be ready in time.

Bespoke
Built from nothing, around you. Your campus or venue becomes the map. Your product becomes the thing being hunted. A character is written and voiced around your founder, and the endings resolve against what your organisation actually values rather than a generic lesson about teamwork.
Week 1 · Discovery
A site walk, a conversation about what the day is for, and what you would want people saying about it afterwards.
Week 2 · Treatment
A written narrative treatment for you to sign off. This is the decision point — everything after it is production.
Weeks 3–4 · Script and cast
Characters written, voiced and recorded. Locations mapped and the route timed on foot.
Weeks 5–6 · Build
The experience is assembled and tested internally, end to end, by people who have not seen it.
Week 7 · Dry run
We run it on site, in real conditions, and fix what the run exposes.
Week 8 · Live
The day itself, with the facilitators who built it.
What we need from you
- — A walk around the site, or the city you want it set in
- — Brand assets and anything you'd want woven into the story
- — One person who can sign off the treatment without a committee
